CONFERENCE POSTER
To get the word out about the conference many time posters are printed and sent out to the population. Typically these would be accompanied by websites but we are only doing the print at this time). The poster should be compelling -- people should want to hold onto it, hang it up. and more importantly want to go to the conference! They should not just want to toss it away -- so how do you make something compelling?)

POSTER FRONT
Title, tagline
When (dates -- two days), Where (meaning city)
Short blurb: about the conference

POSTER BACK (all that is listed below) (use a grid! should relate to the front)
20 x 30 inches, full color... (print to fit onto 11 x 17)
Title, tagline (smaller than than the front)
When (smaller than than the front)
List all speakers and all this info for each.: Name, @twittername, Title of the Talk, Time of the talk, day of the talk, 1 - 3 sentences about the talk.

NAME TAGS
name tags needs to clearly identify that they are part of the conference, tag has to have the person’s name and there are different access to different people so you have to clearly identify a guest, presenter or staff. You will need a design that can be manipulated into 3 different clear solutions for..
1) a name tag for the Speaker
2) a name tag for the Staff
3) a name tag that is for Attendee

Every conference as a gift bag you need to design a 1 or 2 color tote bag.

When the speaker is being introduced there is a screen that is branded and tells us who the next speaker is.

41in x however long you need ( use the 41 width that means you can put your posters on the document full size paper is 42 wide)

— Conference Name = Logo + tagline

** conference statement, audience profile, typography, color palette, image treatment, pattern...
— Conference Poster: 2 sided (full size on the poster)
— 1or 2 outside environmental billboards (at least one wide format: billboard, bus ad...)
— City (side by side) Banners
— Name tags (mocked up) (one for a speaker, attendee and staff)
— Tote bag (mocked up)
— Animated gif for Instagram (animated gif) (show at least 3 frames on poster) (3 inches by 3 inches)
— 1 Speaker Bumper (show 3 - 6 frames on the poster) (3 - 5 inches tall)
