Research paper and Point OF VIEW: Cult of the ugly {article online

The cult of the ugly term paper is is going to be a group presentation given on April 20. Do not wait to start your project...
Your group presentation should be 5 to 10 minutes long, presented in a professional manner. You may use powerpoint, keynote or build your presentation in InDesign and save it as a pdf (make sure your proportions are "screen friendly"

Group one: the background: Who is Steven Heller? Rudy VanderLans? Emigre? Why was the article such a big deal? What has been said/written about it since. What is beautiful and what is ugly?

Group two: the history part one: dada, futurists, constructativists, bauhaus: what was the movement about, who were key people in the movement? How does the movement connect to Cult of the Ugly?
At least 15 examples of work.
